I never knew how much fun it could be to make baby food until little Lily came along.  Pureeing simple beautiful vegetables strips down food to its most basic form.  The colors are amazing and the flavors are pure.  For example, this week our sweet girl is eating broccoli.  Who would have known that broccoli could be so gorgeous?  The light green stalks are pureed with the dark green florets making a polka dotted design.  See for yourself:
